Consignment Information – 2026 Auction

Consignments open on August 1st and close on September 5th, 2026.

Bull entries close on August 15th, 2026

Bull spaces are limited. Bull and Frozen Genetic entries will be reviewed by a selection committee, and only the top entries will be accepted for the auction.
If your consignment is not selected, your payment will be refunded.

Hay is available for purchase but must be preordered at the time you submit your consignment fee.​​​

Southeast Highland Cattle LLC reserves the right to limit the number of consignments accepted into the sale based on available barn space, sale capacity, and the overall needs of the event. Submission of a consignment does not guarantee acceptance, and Southeast Highland Cattle LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any consignment at its discretion. If a consignment is not accepted, any consignment fee paid for that entry will be refunded in full
