This heifer is one of our favorites! Not only is she stunningly beautiful, she is sweet and gentle. She should add some nice color to your fold. She comes from excellent bloodlines. Recognizing this heifer has similar genetics on both sides, the breeder thought it made sense to double dip on something she liked and added more of a good thing.

​Her sire, LiTerra Beauregard was Reserve Grand Champion Bull at Keystone Int. Livestock Expo at 6 months old (that was the last time he was shown). Her grand-dam, Yarnelle Farms Betula was named Grand Champion Female at the 2006 National Western Stock Show. Her grand-sire, Landelley's Cody, was the Reserve Grand Champion Bull at NWSS in 2007. Her Dam was 10th of 11 fine calves of HI Mighty Belva 97.  Her Sire,  Basswood 4 of Dundonald dominated the Show Ring and is currently a Highland breeding bull in PA.

It was decided to AI this cow with semen from DH Discovery #35457, a fine silver grandson of GOF Broadstone.  This bull had very high ranking in the AHCA Bull Test of 2001.  He also had the known breeding of the Drover Hill Farm, in New York.

Cinnamon Bear was Grand Champion four times in 2009, and has sired several NWSS Grand Champions as well as several ROE animals including the 2011 Heifer of the Year, who also went on to win Grand Champion Cow/Calf at the NWSS in 2017.  He is still breeding at age 11.
