The Southeast Show and Sale is excited to offer Highland evaluation and judging workshops for breeders wanting to sharpen their eye for structure breed standards and selection These two free workshops will help breeders apply what they learn both at home and in the show ring

• Highland-specific evaluation workshop
• Focus on essentials of Highland structure and conformation
• Live cattle will be present for demonstration
• Presentation of the science and theory behind structural correctness
• In-depth explanation and demonstration of the American Highland breed standard
• This first session lays the groundwork for the spring judging class
